Diversity commitment may be driven by top executives and diversity councils, but responsibility for making change happen usually falls to those in charge of carrying out policies and managing people. 

This program uses self-awareness tools, activities,  discussion and participant-driven examples to build knowledge and skill among managers. You will gain ideas to apply immediately and strategies for learning continuously.  Every participant receives a complimentary set of 12 Transformation Tips® and creates an action plan.  We provide coaching support as you implement your plan.

This program is for mid- to senior-level managers who are willing learn about themselves and take positive action.
