She is candid, flexible and committed to excellence; she listens, then works directly with you to ensure that services fit your needs and that you can achieve the results you seek.
Jody’s positive approaches define practical steps to winning business practices – as illustrated by local, state and national awards earned by her clients. She’s also built, from start-up, a number of influential, inclusion-based nonprofits in the Pikes Peak region over the past 20 years.
A professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and a highly-acclaimed speaker and trainer, Jody weaves real-world stories into powerful messages with immediate application. She has galvanized local and national audiences with her enthusiasm, humor, clear concepts and actionable ideas.
Jody also teaches a 300-level Psychology of Diversity course for the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
