In today's team-based cultures, professionals are often asked to lead efforts for which they may have no direct authority. Teams and work groups are increasingly diverse, and that diversity is linked to better outcomes - when all members work well together. You need cross-cutting expertise to achieve results.
Our Facilitator Training programs are one- or two-day courses that give you tools and skills to effectively lead a team, meeting or discussion process. We begin with a facilitation basics. You will do a self-assessment in seven competency areas, then learn how to build those competencies with self-awareness tools, structured activities, case studies and small group discussion. Facilitator Training programs may include a customized manual that can be used as an ongoing resource for facilitators, team members and the organization. We also provide ongoing coaching and support as needed while you anchor your new skills with real-world practice.
