For more than 25 years, I’ve helped corporations, nonprofits, educational institutions and government organizations achieve their bottom-line potential through the implementation of inclusive strategies and powerful cultural change practices.
I design customized, real-world solutions for each client, and then serve as your guide in the implementation of positive strategies and practical steps. These steps lead to winning business practices – as illustrated by the local, state and national awards earned by my clients. My pledge is to listen first, and to partner with you until the project is complete and your new practices have become second nature.
Earlier in my career, I was a psychotherapist specializing in the psychology of women, gender issues and cultural factors in mental health. More recently, I taught the Psychology of Diversity course at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Most importantly, I believe in practicing what I preach. I’m hooked on human psychology and culture, so I often find myself analyzing my own experiences and turning them into stories to help people gain a visceral understanding of how things like change or inclusion work for each of us. Storytelling anchors complex concepts in real experience. It’s also fun.
Here’s a video example of a personal story that has become part of a program on risk and change.
