In today’s team-based cultures, professionals are often asked to lead efforts for which they may have no direct authority. Teams and work groups are increasingly diverse, and that diversity is linked to better outcomes – but only when all members work well together.
Our Facilitator Training Programs are one- or two-day courses that give you tools and skills to effectively lead a team, meeting or discussion process. We begin with facilitation basics. You will do a self-assessment, then learn how to build your competencies with self-awareness tools, structured activities, case studies and small group discussion. We also provide ongoing coaching and support as needed while you anchor your new skills with real-world practice.
